Browse Happy: Restore WikiQuery query clause that additionally requires the "preferred" software version to also explicitly have the "version type" qualifier set as "stable version".

Its removal in [7710] was possibly premature, addressing what was probably incorrect source data. Bears monitoring and may need query modification or additional handling.
