BuddyPress/bbPress: Base theme & Trac stylings

• Increase size of code/diff fonts
• Improve layout of roadmap, milenstone, and changeset pages
• Improve diff style switcher
• Improve small screen support (overflow, etc...)
• Move more common styling into variables
