Replace SI Contact Form CSS with native contact form styles

Migrate contact form overrides from the SI Contact Form plugin
(#FSContact1) to the native [jobswp-contact-form] block styles
(.jobswp-contact-form). Removes !important declarations, adds
box-sizing and honeypot field styles, and adds overflow-wrap to
the main content container.
