Forums Theme: Minor tweaks in preparation for adding star ratings to reviews.

Clear breadcrumbs to avoid overlap with star ratings/header block.

Always add breadcrumbs to views.

Avoid listing forum in reviews view -- all reviews are in the "Reviews" forum.

Bust cache.
