Browse Happy: Fix issue preventing version numbers from being shown for Chrome and Edge.

Remove WikiQuery query clause that additionally required the "preferred" software version to also explicitly have the "version type" qualifier set as "stable version", which isn't reliably always the case.

Fixes ​https://github.com/WordPress/browsehappy/issues/48.
