Erroneous pie graph in plugins repository

Migrating from ​#wp18981:

In plugins repository of wordpress.org:
Since more than a week, pie graph of statistic are erroneous... Only one part, very old version targeted !
What happens ?

Note that the example is no longer valid, but the issue has been seen by others on different plugins.

I can confirm that for ​one of my plugins and the same sort of report ​has been placed here.

The active versions chart is broken and has been for quite some time. This is a known issue.

I have temporarily removed the active versions pie chart entirely, as the data is shows is not in the least correct. Until we can sort out the stats gathering system, this was no better than random numbers.

Let's call this "fixed" by Otto's work. We can reintroduce in the future if we have better stats.
