Bug with linking to point on page https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/template-hierarchy/#page

Description
Each title on the page has an id that you can link to externally. In the case of page this id is "page" however there is another element on the page with the id "page" this means that you cannot link to this title specifically, and it will instead auto scroll to the top of the page where this other element is. For example I can link to the single post title https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/template-hierarchy/#single-post and any other title on the page but not the "Page" title.

Hi @pjfinlay, thanks for the report.
I've changed the heading to "Single Page", which resolved the issue. It's also more consistent with "Single Post".
