Description
Now that Themes can have translations it would be nice to have a Language selection dropdown list in the Selection bar, before the search field, to filter just the themes for a specific language. The translation completion percentage for that language should be not zero.

The plan is actually to show themes with specific translations on the individual language pages, not to have a filter or selection.
Every language gets its own view of the themes directory, basically:
