Description
The Ideas section hasn't been keeping up to date with the flow of other areas and it could really use some love. A lot of stuff there is pretty old and it's not totally inactive. Unfortunately, it is not in the Meta SVN repository which is makes it difficult to contribute.

There has previously been some work to create a replacement for the ideas section (cc @nacin, @lancewillett), but I'm not sure of its status now. Regardless of its status though, it's not worth the time to scrub the code for the ideas forum (which is built on an old bbPress installation) and make it available for public use.
Marking this as wontfix.
