"Tickets I've Participated In" report only shows non-closed tickets

Description
The "Tickets I've Participated In" report/link should show closed tickets as well. Currently, the report only shows non-closed tickets by default. As a contributor, when I click this link I'd like to see all tickets I've participated in, not just open ones. It would be easy enough to filter by status column if you include all statuses, and thus focus only on open/closed/etc tickets.
