Description
On the https://developer.wordpress.org home page, the link (near the bottom) to "Intro to WordPress Core Development" currently gives a 404 error.
The current link is https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/the-wordpress-codebase/ .
Having done a quick search, I suspect the link should be https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/contribute/codebase/ .

@helen is actually in the process of writing a new quick start guide to contributing, and that will live in the Core Contributor Handbook.
In the meantime, I've changed the link to point to the contribute/codebase page. "When [the new page] is ready", we'll update the link.
