Plugin reviews: Links to exact replies are broken

When you browse plugin reviews, below each review is a link to review thread that should link to first message.

This doesn't work as links end in hyphen, not reply ID.

That is a valid link, linking to the review in question.

If you open that link and click on # of that post you will get https://wordpress.org/support/topic/works-well-with-wordpress-43?replies=1#post-7363498. The difference is post ID. Or # and suffix from reviews links should be removed .

It's intended to just link to the topic in the forums, not to some specific post in that topic. The #post- thing is an artifact of bbPress. In this case, because it is only linking to the topic itself and not to a specific post in that topic, the #post- doesn't actually matter.
