New workflow keywords

Can the following workflow keywords be added to the dropdown on Core Trac please?

• has-unit-tests
• needs-screenshots => #1227
• has-screenshots

These should also have that same fine touch where if you change one the other is removed just as has-patch removes needs-patch and vice versa currently :)

In 1952:

Core Trac: Add the has-unit-tests, has-screenshots and needs-screenshots Trac keywords.

Also adds logic for automagically swapping opposites when added, e.g. Adding has-screenshots removes needs-screenshots, adding has-unit-tests removes needs-unit-tests.

FYI, I'm told there's some things currently holding up the meta deployment queue, so there's likely to be a delay in getting these new keywords on Core Trac. All in good time.
