Description
Currently, the filter functionality allows us to search only though a particular sub-project you're in, on a particular locale, eg.
Filter on
https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/cc/hi/default
Will allow the search/filter to apply only on "Countries and Cities" subproject of 4.3.x
Many times, we need to do a search for a term on different sub projects or even projects on whole, but currently its not implemented.
Even you can't search all the translations done by a particular user in all projects or even all sub projects.
It would be quite helpful to translation editors and contributors if that kind of search is implemented.

Project-wide / global search is something that should get built-in to GlotPress. Can you please file an issue upstream?
