Show total (paid/unpaid) at bottom of payment requests

One thing I find myself doing, invariably, every time I'm on the payment requests page - after adding a new one, or deleting an old one - is tallying up how much we've paid out. This is usually so I can mentally reference it against our working budget.

If this was done for me, already, at the bottom of the list table (or top...or both) - I wouldn't be sad about that at all.

Sidenote: sorry for all the tickets! I know @iandunn is sort of the main mind behind all of this, but if I can ever be of assistance or provide a patch/plugin to add any of this functionality - I'm super happy to do so!

No need to apologize, it's good to get feedback from other organizers and learn what their pain points are :)

I'm really just a developer, though, it's the Community team that decides what to do. I'll post about this on make/Community to see what the team thinks, but if they approve it then it'd be great to get a patch :)
