Description
Right now the WordCamp post type only tracks a few of the organizing team roles, but adding more would let automate more of the e-mails that get sent to them.

@_dorsvenabili, I was looking this over again and realized that we still need to add the extra roles to the Who should this e-mail be sent to?
section of the Reminder Details
metabox.
We can ignore the wordcamp-forms-to-drafts
plugin for now, since that isn't being used for the organizer application anymore.
Since there are so many roles now, it'd be also be good to think if there's a better way to display them in both plugins.

That can be a future iteration, though, since this is important to get in soonish.
