New devhub tickets are not being piped into Slack channel #meta-devhub

Tickets #1221, #1268, #1376 etc should have been mentioned in Slack channel #meta-devhub and they were not

They should have been around the following points in the timeline:

From what I see it is correctly defined in the config here: /common/includes/slack/trac/config.php?annotate=blame#L64

Also the Slack RSS integration for piping new devhub tickets into #meta-devhub should be removed:

Note: Commits are correctly being piped in #meta-devhub e.g. r2010 is ​here in #meta-devhub
