The "WordPress.org Plugin Page" link placement is unintuitive. Could we link the plugin title instead?

No link to the theme page at all. Could we link the theme title?

I still think the current link placement is not really intuitive.
Could we link the project name instead of (or in addition to) piggybacking on $sub_project->description?
meta-1409.patch is untested, as WordPress Meta Environment still has the old GlotPress without any projects, and I can't figure out how to log in there.

The link belongs to the description which is consistent with other projects. Linking the project name in the box would be inconsistent.
