Migrating from #wp22297:

There is a RSS feed for getting the latest topics but that's not really handy since you have no clue what the information is behind it like if the topic has been resolved. What can be handy if you want to have an overview of all the not resolved topics of all your plugins

This doesn't appears to be a major issue for most authors.

It also would fall more under the Developer Dashboard concept (https://make.wordpress.org/plugins/2017/11/06/concept-a-developer-dashboard/, note it's a concept and idea, and not a planned feature at this time).
