Description

As a subscriber role, when I am logged into make.wordpress.org, there is no logout button. I can find logouts on other SSO pages to sign out, but can't locate such a link on make.wordpress.org. There is also no admin toolbar on make.wordpress.org for subscribers.

If you mean the main make.wordpress.org site itself, then it is not supposed to show an admin bar, nor a log in or out link. It's essentially a static site, not one that shows anything different to logged in users.

If you mean any of the sub-make sites like the P2's, then the Log Out link is in the admin bar, under your username dropdown.

Example (note, Notto is my test user who has no privileges on anything, anywhere):

I apologize, I had not checked all the P2 categories, just a couple.

I do have the toolbar on /core and /meta /flow /tv and /polyglots, but /docs and all the others do not.

Fixed /docs, it just did not have the proper plugin active.

Any other sites running P2's should have this plugin active as well. If any don't, let us know.

Thank you! To be thorough and not cause confusion later, the same issue still exists for Design, Accessibility, Mobile, and Training.

Fixed on those as well. You can just tell me, you don't need to reopen the ticket. :)
