Increase width of meta sidebar in single video footer

Description

The current single video sidebar (wptv-current-meta-sidebar.png) gives no room for the meta to stretch out next to comments. Could be some room for improvement, with (wptv-proposed-meta-sidebar.png) as my proposition. That content is still useful, but can currently stretch well below the generally empty comment section.
