Currently on the home page of wptv is a hard-coded widget showing recent posts from ​http://blog.wordpress.tv/

Problem is, that blog is not updated currently, and the oldest post is from 2014. We've had some discussions about reviving it, but no current direction we plan to take. Can we remove the "From The Blog" widget from the site for the time being? Thanks!
