Description
Hi,
I think there should be some kind of email notification after a ticket is created in the support of Plugin.
The email should be received by a plugin authors or all contributors.

Email subscriptions already exist for plugin support forums. Go to the Support tab of any plugin, and at the bottom, below the threads, you will find a link to "Subscribe to Emails for this Plugin". Click it. It's a toggle.

I suspect that because a lot of plugin authors have their own systems around this, it would add a lot of needless noise around new threads.
You can currently follow the RSS feed of your own plugins forums though, which is a nice way of doing it (you could even set up IFTTT with this to notify whomever you chose).
