Description
We've been working on WordCamp Porto '16 website and we choose to use wordcamp-base-v2 theme. However, we noticed that translation file is outdated and some translations are missing.
This patch fix this.

Dang it. I was looking for it yesterday and couldn't find this. I came to the conclusion that it would be some sort of side project. Next time I'll ask on Slack.
