Description

Someone added a new box for support forums which is awesome, but I think a simple one-word change might help:

Change this:

Search the forums to see if your topic has been started already.

to this:

Search the forums to see if your topic has been resolved already.

This should cut down on 'me too' posts and guide people to solutions.

(Also maybe "Tip: When posting a new topic, follow these steps:" should remove the word 'Tip:' which is just grammatically weird)
