Readme translate never generate if there are only readme.md

Description

In plugin directory, from #403, readme.md is allowed in place of readme.txt .

but in the plugin that have only readme.md not readme.txt, readme translation won't generate for GlotPress.

In [dotorg11655] I've improved the update trigger to also include markdown files.
