I made a comment to a bad review by @Perrymyk 2 years ago: ​https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-figure-out-what-this-plug-in-does?replies=2#post-. The original review was deleted (don't know how), but the comments and rating are still there. It's odd, It now looks as if I made the original review.

Hi,

This can happen when we remove just a single post but not the thread (if it's the initial post from the thread that got deleted).

I've removed the actual thread as it should have been initially, this should recalculate the ratings as well (granted they are cached for a short period of time).
