Description
My name is displayed wrong on w.org <div id="headline"></div> depending where I am.

Your name was not displayed as anything because you removed the name from your profile.
I fixed it by typing in your name properly (that appears to be an o with an umlaut to me, if I'm mistaken let me know) and setting your display name to that. Then it shows up correctly in both the profiles and on the forums.
The forums do support displaying other characters in display names, but if the name was entered before the fixes last year, then they may need to be resaved in order for them to be saved and used correctly.
