Add forum section name to support thread page title

I have been posting some solutions on how to use advanced Google search functionality to solve the [plugin-specific searches](​https://wordpress.org/support/topic/solution-for-searching-plugin-specific-support-thread?replies=6#post-8234646).

It occurred to me that google search tools could be further leveraged with little extra effort if the current forum thread pages contained extra bits of information such as for example adding the forum section in the thread title to use the intitle [filter](​http://www.googleguide.com/advanced_operators_reference.html#intitle) in google queries.

So for example, in the support thread I posted, the title of the page is:

WordPress › Support » Solution for searching Plugin specific support thread

This was posted in the Miscellaneous section of the forum, hence if the title was instead,

WordPress › Support › Miscellaneous » Solution for searching Plugin specific support thread

One would be able to use such a query

site:wordpress.org/support/topic intitle:WordPress Support Miscellaneous

to narrow down the search to this section of the forum.

This ticket hasn't seen much interest in the almost two years that it's been open, and it seems to me like it's a feature only very few folks would ever use. Would you mind if we revisited that once the more urgent bugs and enhancements have been addressed?
