Description
Being able to view the local time for users in Slack is quite handy.
It would be optional of course, but linking through Trac and Make user profiles and having available something as a quick heads up of the user/dev's time zone and a link to a local TZ converter service I think would be helpful/useful.

Ocean90: This release will be heavily focus on work of each component, because I'd like to try something different this cycle: Bug scrubs per component. I already talked to a few maintainers and they are willing to do it.
"Each bug scrub will be announced on make/core and a summary of the meeting would be nice too."

- Resolution set to maybelater
- Status changed from new to closed
I'm going to go with a maybelater
here.
- Most contributor teams self-organise in Slack now, which has the TZ feature.
- Everything we do is more async than sync, and everyone has different availability hours anyway, so knowing it's between 9-5 for someone isn't very useful when they contribute between 8pm-11pm (or 5-7am for the early risers)
I like the idea. It should be something we eventually bring into the unified profiles.
