Provide a view for translation consistency

Inspired by ​https://transvision.mozfr.org/consistency/.

The view should have an input field for an original, a select box for the locale and a search button. The search should have some filters like "Case Sensitive" or "Fuzzy Search".

The search result should provide an info about the number of different translations and list the first 100 translations.

Is there any plan to add a version of this back in? The usefulness of the feature is severely limited without the ability to add in wildcards.
