Description
When you are on the theme review Trac, on some pages there is a main menu item Blog which goes https://make.wordpress.org/themes/blog/ which should be going to https://make.wordpress.org/themes/ -- /blog/ has no posts and is a blank page, not an archive of any kind.

This has been fixed.
The About item was also removed as it was linking to the same location as the Blog menu, that is the same behaviour as other tracs.
