Hide outdated plugin's review page from search engines

Description

A Google search for a plugin that hasn't been updated in over two years yields no results from the plugin directory itself, the same is not true for the review page however.

Example: https://www.google.com/?q=shareadraft

The support page doesn't show up either.

Is this a Plugin Directory bug or a Support Forums bug? :)

I think this is support forums, but ... If people are still leaving reviews on a plugin that's 2+ years without an update, the reviews are still valid, aren't they?

In the current directory, plugins older than 2 years get a noindex to prevent this. That was never extended to the reviews section of the page, because it was in the support forums.

Whether that noindex continues to extend to the new directory or not, given the changes there, is up for debate.
