WPTV: Remove "Contact Us" link in the site footer

The contact form on WordPress.tv gets mostly spam and support requests, which we do not reply to. Can the link to this page in the site footer be removed? We do not have staff to watch this form, and I think it served a different purpose on the site (back in the early days) but is not needed anymore

Just removed this from the footer menu. No patch needed as it was in an actual dynamic menu.

I'd recommend exploring in the future the possibility of introducing a more sophisticated form which actually does address whatever purposes it is supposed to while implementing better spam prevention measures. It wouldn't be too challenging to make a form that requires the user to login first or has some anti-spam mechanism.
