Missing reference for a new string in Rosetta

Description
A new string was recently added to Rosetta project on translate.wordpress.org.
When I click the reference link, I get a Trac error: "No node sites/trunk/global.wordpress.org/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins/rosetta/rosetta-sites.php at revision 3656".
If the file is not open sourced, why is the link there? If it is open sourced, why it cannot be opened?

Yeah, the file isn't open sourced. It's linked because the project contains strings for files which are open sourced, for example the theme or the three other mu-plugins.
