Description
Some pages have dead links:
https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/apps/android/dev
https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/apps/ios/dev
https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/apps/blackberry/dev
Maybe there are more, but those caught my eye.

The dead links are under Development heading:
- https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/android
- https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/ios
- https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/blackberry
The first two should probably link to https://wordpress.org/mobile/ or https://apps.wordpress.com/mobile/.
WordPress for BlackBerry is no longer supported, and should probably link to the handbook. (The readme on GitHub links to http://blackberry.wordpress.org/, which is no longer available.)

I followed the 3 links, and they works all.
Maybe I didn't understand if there are some links not working on that pages.
