I’m GTE for italian

We have many PTEs, but we have discovered that many of them are inactive.

I (we) should like to have a table with the list of projects with a PTE assigned, last activity of the PTE (Approve and translate)and a link to contact him (slack, email or homing pigeon :-) )

So we could be informed if some PTEs become inactive, expecially for important projects.

I just discovered that woocommerce is not translated and we have two PTEs on that plugin
