Attachment auto-complete doesn't like spaces

Description

To reproduce:

  • Attach a file with a space in the name to a ticket.
  • Use the auto-complete to insert a link to that attachment in a comment.
  • Submit the comment.

The filename should be surrounded by double quotes, to make the link happen correctly.
