Change default avatar setting back to Identicons for ru_RU

Description

Previously, default avatar setting on ​https://ru.wordpress.org/support/ was "Identicons".

After the upgrade to bbPress 2.x, it's "Mystery Person" now.

  • Could someone change it back to "Identicon" for us?
  • Any chance to give forum admins access to discussion settings, so that each locale could choose their own value?
