An emoji in the title of a plugin review doesn't render and affects comment link

I left a review on a plugin, and I tried to use the key emoji. That did not render, so I went to edit it and the comment link is not right either.

Look for my review on the TLS1.2 compatibility test plugin:

The emoji not rendering just makes me look silly, but the comment link not being right seems like a real issue.

I'll fix the link, but the forums do not support emojis at this time. They're running a very old bbPress, not WordPress, yet.
