After changing his status and publising it, it's now online and visible but the question is still linked to unanswered question forum page ​https://it.wordpress.org/forums/view/no-replies/

Sounds like yet another manifestation of #2043, which is not fixed yet, but is on the list of the ​remaining forum fixes outlined at the Community Summit.
