Description
I was trying to access https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-post-manager/ plugin reviews and the links aren't working, the reviews tab redirects to an empty support page, the “stars” links on Ratings redirects to a support topic. I screen recorded it here: http://recordit.co/9b0cj07mdo

This is expected, please see https://make.wordpress.org/plugins/2016/09/01/plugin-reviews-disabled/ where we cover that reviews are disabled for the next couple of days as we work on migrations.
