@Ramily As I noted in Slack, this should remain in the General component as this issue affects wordpress.org and the "general" component is typically meant to infer wordpress.org

You are correct in that this same issue also affects Rosetta sites, it also affects the make.wordpress.org and developer.wordpress.org sites/components :)

In IE8 you now get the mobile menu, which brings the functionality to navigate around. That's good enough.
