Profiles: Activity entries from support forums do not include link text

Since #129, profiles include activity from local forums as well.

We've found an issue with the ​reply that starts with a link:

<a href="https://codex.wordpress.org/Правила_форума">Правила_форума</a>, п2.

The activity entry on ​https://profiles.wordpress.org/sevlad strips the link completely:

, п2.

It should contain the link text:

Правила_форума, п2.

Link is displayed as text, not as link, but its displayed fully.
