In the new forums theme, the topic/reply permalink is in .bp-topic-author column, which is too close to Flag Author link, and doesn't make much sense, as it should be visually grouped with the topic/reply content rather than the author's profile.

I think it should be moved to .bbp-topic-content column.

I consider this fixed in the redesigned theme.

Reply permalink is still visually grouped with author profile rather than content, but the new layout makes more sense.
