I've created #1978 with the following title:
Forums: Remove unnecessary prefixes from <title> tag
In the corresponding Activity entry on my profile, the tag is stripped completely:
Created a new ticket, #1978, in Meta Trac: Forums: Remove unnecessary prefixes from tag
It should have been escaped to display correctly.

Profiles: Escape HTML in trac ticket titles rather than stripping them.
