Polyglots P2: Search input on Comments screen doesn't work

Description

  1. Go to ​https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/wp-admin/edit-comments.php.
  2. Enter something (e.g. codex) in the search input, click Search Comments.
  3. The page performs a 302 redirect to itself, ignoring the search query.

Reproduced using the latest Chrome on Windows 10.

​https://make.wordpress.org/core/wp-admin/edit-comments.php works as expected.

Now the symptoms are a bit different: the first search succeeds, the subsequent ones fail (redirecting to the results of the first search).

I'm having no issue at all. I think this has been fixed. :)
