Breadcrumbs and site header link differently

The large Support header links to https://wordpress.org/support/, while the Support bit in the breadcrumbs link to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, these should probably link to the same location.

In 4076:

Forums Theme: Switch the "top level" breadcrumb item to use the "site home" link instead of the "forum root" link.

This change ensures the page header and breadcrumb root links both link to https://wordpress.org/support/.
