RTL forum usernames are displayed as username@. They should read as @username.

In 4162:

BuddyPress.org: bb-base: Add direction: ltr; to user nicenames for RTL locales.

This changeset ensures user nicenames @ prefix is displayed to the left of the username @username rather rather than the previously right username@ on RTL locale support forums.
