Flagging postings

When viewing individual offerings there is a little flag followed by the position type when viewing General.

This is the icon for "General", but the visual implication is that this is a means to flag a post for moderation.

The icon should either be changed to something less confusing, or an actual flag mechanic should be considered that would fit in nicely in that location.

Maybe we could use something like ​https://developer.wordpress.org/resource/dashicons/#businessman or ​https://developer.wordpress.org/resource/dashicons/#desktop instead?

The businessman one looks like it would go best with the current set of postings I see in general, they all seem to target individuals so +1 for that

jobs.wordpress.net: Switch general category dashicon from flag (\f227) to businessman (\f338).

The flag icon usually denotes that an item can be flagged in some manner, which isn't the case here.
